Fusion Decor Pvt. Ltd. ("we" or "us") is a wedding planning organization that provides information about Indian weddings, wedding venues in Delhi as well as wedding-related services via the domain www.thefusiondecor.com. The services that we offer are provided either directly (by us) or through our allied partners (vendors, venue owners, and other third-party service providers).
These Terms of Use (this "Agreement") set forth the legally binding terms for your use of the FusionDecor Services. By using our services either as a visitor browsing our website or as a user who avails one of our wedding-related services, you agree to the terms of this Agreement as well as the privacy policies at our Privacy Policy page.
We advise you to carefully read this Agreement as it includes all rights, restrictions, and permissions, regarding your use of our services. In case you don't agree with any of the terms present in this Agreement, we suggest you immediately leave this website and discontinue the use of our services.
FusionDecor reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes made to this Agreement will not be notified to you and will be effective from the date of posting it on this website. We advise you to regularly review this page to remain updated about any modifications to this Agreement. Through your continued use of FusionDecor's services, you adhere to any such changes.
This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect while you use our services, either as a user or a vendor.
2. Refund & Cancellation
We provide a variety of wedding-related services including but not limited to the booking of venues, entertainment, decoration, catering and bridal makeup. We offer these services either directly or, indirectly through our Allied Partners. To avail any of our services, you are required to make a full or a partial payment, also known as Advance Payment. We cannot confirm the booking of any service without the Advanced Payment.
Only when you make the Advanced Payment will we start working on your services. We shall adjust this payment in the final balance. Buyers can pay either by cash, cheque, online transfer (RTGS or NEFT) or PayPal. The latter option is only for international clients
In case you are not satisfied or impressed with any of our services, or in case you wish to cancel your booked service, FusionDecor Pvt. Ltd. does not entertain any refunds.
3. Appropriateness of content
The pictures shown on the website, social media, or presentation is for reference purpose only. Though our experts try their best to deliver a similar look, it can slightly vary or differ from the images showed to you due to factors like pricing (budget), color choice, and suitability. Since we also work in collaboration with other wedding planners, vendors and artists, we would like to give them credit for their commendable work, which includes our ex-employees as well. We take utmost care in ensuring that the content we provide is clear, concise, appropriate, topic-related as well as reader-friendly. For transparency purposes and to provide clarity to our Allied Partners who regularly send us content to be published on this website, here is a list of the type of content that we deem inappropriate:-
- content intended to defame, exploit, harass, slander, defame or criticizing a business or an individual
- content including nudity, violence, racism, casteism, prejudice, or offensive matter

Our liability towards you for any cause whatsoever, will at any time be limited to the amount you paid while using our services, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein. This limitation shall be applicable, in the appropriate jurisdiction, to the fullest extent possible.
Moreover, you acknowledge that you shall not perform or involve in any illegal, deceptive, defamatory or suspicious activity while availing our services. FusionDecor is not responsible for any such activity performed by you.
7. Dispute Resolution
You agree to resolve any dispute related to our services, by the governing laws of New Delhi, Delhi, India. In such case, the prevailing party shall be awarded the fees, costs, and expenses (including lawyer fees) incurred in connection to the action.
8. Termination of service
Any misuse, abuse or exploitation of our services either by a user or a vendor or an allied partner may lead to termination of your services. Additionally, we reserve the right to terminate your use of our website or our services, at any time or for any reason whatsoever, without providing a warning or a notice.

Price Policy:
Fusion decor always strive hard to provide its client with the best and affordable package prices. However, above-listed price may vary due to factors like heavy wedding dates, transportation charges, outstation decor, additional requirements, floral décor preference (artificial or original), and delivery timings. Venue Size is another major factor that can vary the cost depending on how big or small the venue is.
Picture Policy:
The pictures displayed on the website is for reference purpose only. Though our experts try their best to deliver a similar look, it can slightly vary or differ from the images showed to you due to factors like pricing (budget), color choice, and suitability. Majority of the work showcased in the pictures has been done by us and in some cases in collaboration with other wedding planners, vendors and artists. We take immense pride in our teams' & collaborators' hard work and would like to give them a credit for their commendable work. Waiver of Terms
Our failure to enforce or exercise any right or provision of this Agreement does not constitute as a waiver of such provision or right.
Statute of Limitations
You must file any claim related to or arising from the use of our service or this Agreement, within one year. Subsequent claims shall be barred forever.
